Providing a safe, informative and effective service to tenants is something that we view as fundamental and core to any contract we undertake. We understand how circumstances differ considerably for each member of a community. Which is why we assign a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to the contract at the earliest opportunity. Serving the tenants’ needs, our TLOs provide the crucial link between tenants, our clients and ourselves.
